These terms govern your use of LinkLens (the "Service"). The Service is provided by VORTIQX CONSILIUM - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under licence number 66753, with its business address at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). When you use or buy the Service, your contract is with VORTIQX CONSILIUM - FZCO.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the organisation you act for.

2. The Service

LinkLens visualises and analyses a LinkedIn connections file that you export yourself. Files are processed in your browser. The Free version shows your most recent six months. A one-time payment of USD 39 unlocks LinkLens Pro, including full history, Insights, Workbench and Compare. LinkLens is independent from LinkedIn and does not scrape LinkedIn or send automated messages.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment of the people in your network.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits.
• No resale or redistribution of the Service.

You are responsible for having the right to process the data you import and for how you contact people.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes.

You retain your rights in files, notes and other material you use with the Service. Because these materials are processed locally in your browser, you do not grant us a licence to host them.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

6. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Insights are derived from your file and may be incomplete; they are not professional advice.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Because your data is stored in your browser, you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser storage.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when the Service or applicable law changes. The updated date above shows when revisions take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, whose courts have jurisdiction.
