Privacy Notice

VORTIQX CONSILIUM - FZCO, licence number 66753, of DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"), is the data controller for personal data processed through LinkLens.

Your LinkedIn file

The connections file you import is processed entirely in your browser. It is never uploaded to our servers. Notes, audiences and follow-ups you create are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.

Data we collect

• Purchase records: your email address, order ID, purchased price and payment status — to confirm, grant, restore or revoke LinkLens Pro (performance of contract and legal obligations).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and basic request logs — to deliver the Service, maintain security and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• Support messages: your contact details and anything you choose to send us — to answer and resolve your request (contract performance or legitimate interests).

Sharing

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription-free order management, payments, refunds, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle handles payment-card data under its own privacy notice.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run and secure the Service.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Data may be processed outside the UAE and, where UK or EEA law applies, transferred using adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Purchase records are kept while your purchase is valid and for the period required by tax, accounting and dispute-resolution laws. Support records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored records.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, UK or EU GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We respond within one month where GDPR applies. To exercise a right, email support@vortiq-x.com.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage needed to run the app, save your local workspace and remember your purchase. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. You can clear local storage through your browser settings, but doing so removes locally saved LinkLens data.
